Background
Wasatch Bridge Capital Group was founded in 2015 with a focus on an asset-based lending to facilitate real estate development projects, predominately in the western United States.
Our sponsors and management team co-invest with limited partner investors on every project to ensure full alignment of interests and instill confidence in the investments the company undertakes. Since inception, our effective lending strategies have returned superior returns to investors and our aim is to continue the growth and diversity of those opportunities as we expand.
Vision
The Wasatch Bridge team, based in Salt Lake City but with a presence in western markets, is focused on facilitating unique, attractive, and affordable communities and commercial projects in the rapidly-growing western states. We partner with creative, experienced and efficient developers seeking to create desirable communities in our markets. Although our focus leans towards residential projects, we fund projects across all asset classes as appropriate. We thoroughly scrutinize and underwrite investment opportunities on a deal-by-deal basis against deal parameters crafted through years of experience to ensure an appropriate balance of risk and return.
Fund Structure
Our funds provide both senior and mezzanine loans to qualified developers that meet our funding criteria, allowing us to flexibly meet the needs of a developer's capital stack as opportunities arise.
